Let me to present you new Kazakh Exchange Circuit Club "Berkut".

     The Kazakh Exchange Circuit Club (�Berkut�) is a philatelic organization of Cover, Stamp, Banknotes and Phone card Collectors. The forms used are not chain letters, but circuits for members of �Berkut� club only, who promise to send on to the next member a good philatelic material.           Our club is created to satisfy specially needs of collectors for an exchange of a philatelic material, and also for acquaintance to other collectors and in particular with collectors from Kazakhstan.
     We offer owners of philatelic sites an exchange of banners. Banners should be necessarily placed on the main page.
